Most of us weren’t taught how to truly feel our emotions, let alone how to complete or integrate them. Instead, we cope — through avoidance, over-analysis, or self-management. But you can’t think your way out of an emotion. You have to feel your way through it. That’s where Emotional Embodiment begins.
