Over 5 weeks, I’ll guide you through a range of breathwork and somatic practices — from conscious connected breath to nervous system education, movement, and emotional processing.

So you can expand your capacity for emotions in the body — not just to process pain, but to welcome in more joy, aliveness, and connection.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE

2 x 30min 1:1 coaching calls (online) — for consult and integration with me.

5 x 2hr group sessions (in-person) held weekly with same 4-8 people. Each session typically includes:

  • Grounding and attunement

  • Opening sharing circle

  • Somatic practice/exercise

  • 1:1 somatic processing demo (each person receives a turn)

  • Conscious connected breathwork (approx. 45 mins)

  • Closing sharing circle and reflection

Guided somatic audio practices, including The RESET Practice: 5 days of 30 min practice to recenter.

Community space to ask questions and receive support in between sessions.
